We offer both collection and delivery options for your convenience.
Delivery is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance (round trip)
• Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided
• Someone must be available to receive the cake at the agreed time
Once the cake has been delivered and handed over, responsibility passes to the customer.
Collection is available at a pre-arranged time.
• Collection times are as stated on your invoice
• Late collections or collections outside agreed times cannot be accommodated
For stability and safety:
• Cakes larger than 2 tiers may not be collected
• 2-tier cakes must be properly supported during transport
• Wedding cakes are generally delivered unless otherwise agreed
When collecting your cake:
• Place the cake on a flat surface (e.g. vehicle floor)
• Do not place the cake on a seat
• Keep the cake out of direct sunlight
• Ensure your vehicle is cool (especially in warm weather)
• Bakes & Bites is not responsible for any damage once the cake has been collected or delivered
• Please inform us in advance of any access or road conditions that may affect delivery
