At Bakes & Bites, each order is carefully prepared and reserved in advance.
The following policy helps ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
All orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
• Custom cakes: 50% deposit
• Wedding cakes: 75% deposit
• Cancellations more than 1 month before a wedding:
Refunds may be issued, excluding the deposit and any costs already incurred
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event:
No refunds will be issued
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only considered if:
• The incorrect product was provided
• There is a concern with quality
Products may need to be returned for inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via bank transfer.
• All products are made to order and reserved specifically for your date
• Deposits secure your booking and are therefore non-refundable
• Colour, design, and finish may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of cakes
