By placing an order with Bakes & Bites, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and written confirmation
• Quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to availability
• Dates are not secured until the booking is confirmed
• Custom cakes require at least 30 days’ notice
• Wedding cakes require at least 5 months’ notice
• Short-notice orders may be accepted depending on availability
• Cakes are custom-made and may vary slightly in colour and finish
• Designs inspired by reference images will be interpreted and not exact replicas
• Serving sizes are estimates and may vary depending on design and cutting method
• Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy
• Customers are responsible for informing Bakes & Bites of any allergies
• Free-from products are suitable for intolerances but not guaranteed allergen-free
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment terms are outlined in your invoice
• Orders will only be released upon receipt of full payment
• Changes must be requested in advance
• Custom cakes: minimum 14 days’ notice
• Wedding cakes: minimum 60 days’ notice
• Collection and delivery terms are outlined in our Delivery Policy
• Responsibility for the cake passes to the customer upon collection or delivery
• Customers are responsible for confirming all order details.
• Bakes & Bites is not liable for:
minor variations in colour or design
damage after collection or delivery
allergic reactions
Bakes & Bites reserves the right to use images of cakes for marketing and promotional purposes
Bakes & Bites is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control
